Do we need Curriculum Graph on day one?
No. Attach one Story Quest or Socratic AI Interview to the capability. Add the Curriculum Graph only if the next action must be visible on a mapped path.
Corporate L&D problem
Run one workplace capability as a bounded pilot: one Story Quest or interview, one reviewer, then keep, change, or stop. Not an LMS replacement.

Bootcamps are a cohort and a capstone. This page is one employer capability and one named reviewer inside your L&D process.
No. A named reviewer inspects the attempt. It is not a performance score, HRIS rating, or hire/no-hire stamp.
Corporate L&D problem
Corporate L&D already names capabilities. The expensive gap is one live judgement that nobody practised—the call a manager still has to make this quarter, or the explanation a stakeholder will demand under pressure.
Attach one Story Quest or Socratic AI Interview to that one capability. A named reviewer inspects the attempt. You still own performance management. The record is practice evidence—not certified competence.
Fit check
If your only success metric is “people finished the module,” stop here. Completion is cheap. A defended workplace call under follow-up is not.
Own a framework capability that currently has no rehearsal—and need one inspectable attempt before the next programme cycle.
Will open Shared Footprints between 1:1s and coach from attempt → feedback → named gap, not from a self-rated checklist.
LMS replacement, HRIS performance scoring, talent-marketplace matching, employer screening stamps, or treating the record as certified workplace competence.
The loop
Lock a workplace call the role already requires this quarter, plus one manager or L&D lead who will inspect the attempt. Optional: place it on a Curriculum Graph node so practice attaches to a visible capability, not a random prompt dump. Output: a one-page scope sheet.
Run a Story Quest when the gap is a constrained decision, or a Socratic AI Interview when they must explain under follow-up. Require a short prep note before the first sitting. Look for judgement under pressure, not a polished self-assessment pasted in.
Your reviewer opens a sample of Shared Footprints between 1:1s or cohort check-ins. Read what changed when the constraint tightened or the question moved. Name the gap in the participant’s words. Ask: would you coach from this trail?
Shared Footprint can include gaps; you still own performance management. Three questions only: Did footprints show behaviour your current artefacts miss? Was reviewer load tolerable? Keep, retune the mode, or stop—do not expand from a slide.
Modes in this loop
The workplace call under constraint—incomplete information and a clock.
Defend the same position under follow-up. Not a scripted quiz.
Only if you need the capability on a visible path with a next action.
Selected attempts, including gaps. Practice evidence only—not a performance rating.
What you can open
The decision or explanation from the chosen mode—enough signal to coach without inventing a brochure competence percentage.
Who inspected it, and what they still decide. ProfilEd does not score people for performance reviews.
ProfilEd records one capability’s practice. It does not replace the LMS, rate employees for HRIS, match people to jobs, predict promotion %, or treat the record as recruiter-auditable proof. Humans interpret Shared Footprint—including gaps.
