Is the free plan actually free?

Yes. No credit card required. No trial period that auto-renews. You get a free check-in session with ALICE, a full debrief at the end, and private portfolio access, forever.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Your session transcripts, debrief records, and Curriculum Graph remain accessible in a read-only view for 12 months after cancellation. Your Shared Footprint link stays active for 12 months. After 12 months, you can export your data on request.

Can I try before committing to an institutional agreement?

Yes. Every institutional agreement starts with a scoping call. Many institutions run an 8–12 week faculty or cohort pilot before committing to a full program agreement. Pilot fees are credited 100% toward the first-year contract value.

Is there a student discount?

Students at institutions with an active ProfilEd institutional agreement receive access through their institution’s license at no charge. Students at non-partner institutions: contact hello@thoughtjumper.com with your institutional email address and we’ll discuss options.

How is institutional pricing determined?

By cohort size, program type, and contract length. Because requirements vary between a single-course MBA pilot and an institution-wide rollout, we provide a transparent quote tailored to your exact cohort.

Is there a minimum commitment for institutional plans?

Pilot agreements are typically 8–12 weeks with no annual commitment required. Full program agreements are annual. Multi-year agreements are available at a discount.

What data does ProfilEd process and how is it stored?

ProfilEd processes voice audio in real time (not stored as raw audio after the session closes), session transcripts, behavioral signals, and reasoning analysis data. Does ProfilEd integrate with our LMS?

No LMS integration is required at pilot stage. A deployment URL is the complete setup. Full LMS integration (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and others) and SSO are available for full institutional agreements.
