Is this a campus-wide licence?
No. The focused pilot is one capability, one cohort, and one reviewer for 14–21 days, then keep / change / stop.
Institutional pilot
Most campus tools ask for a seat licence and a year. We ask for a fortnight and a decision.
Built for: Career services leaders, Programme directors, Faculty, Learning innovation teams

No. It is an inspectable practice record. Humans interpret it—including gaps. It is not a hire/no-hire stamp or CLR.
Many pilots start with named accounts. Bring IT when you need SAML/OIDC, LTI, or roster sync.

The offer
One capability. One cohort. One reviewer. Fourteen to twenty-one days. At the end you keep, change, or stop.
That is the offer. Not a catalogue walkthrough. Not a Gem pack. Practice evidence is not certified competence—humans still interpret the Shared Footprint, including the gaps.
Fit check
If your only success metric is “students finished the module,” stop here. Completion is cheap. Retrieval under follow-up is not.
Directors who need interview follow-up evidence before the next drive—not another completion report.
Leads who want learners to rehearse a recommendation under pushback, then show the trail to a human reviewer.
Employer screening scores, LMS replacement, credential wallets out of the box, placement-rate promises, or competence certificates.
What you get
Tied to the capability you named—not every node in the catalogue.
Study Sessions, Story Quests, Socratic AI Interviews, or AI Case Lab—not all of them for show.
Selected attempts, feedback used, revisions, and what is still missing—accepted, missing, or not assessed.
A readout at the end. No pressure to expand before you have seen the sittings.
Week by week
Name capability, cohort size, reviewer, and success question. Map one Curriculum Graph path. Access goes live for that cohort only. Output: a one-page scope sheet.
Learners practise. Your reviewer opens a sample of Shared Footprints between appointments. Look for attempt, follow-up, gap—and whether you would coach from this.
Three questions only: Did the footprint show behaviour your artefacts miss? Was reviewer load tolerable? Keep, change scope, or stop?
Evidence rule
Stated conditions; attempt → feedback → revision; gaps marked honestly; human interpretation of the Shared Footprint.
Completion %, time-on-platform, or “AI confidence” as competence; polished answers pasted in; claims that two weeks verify programme-wide readiness.
LMS/SIS replacement, campus-wide rollout, employer screening as the product, credential wallets as the primary deliverable, invented board-slide percentages.
Many pilots start with named accounts—no campus-wide SSO required to see whether sittings work. Bring IT when you need SAML/OIDC or LTI.
Boundary
Privacy policy, DPDP notice, terms, and privacy rights live on the site.
Available on request—ask in the readiness call if counsel requires it. Do not assume a completed questionnaire exists until you receive it.
It does not certify workplace competence or predict who gets hired. Shared Footprint is inspectable; humans interpret it—including gaps.
Decision language
“The footprint showed follow-up behaviour our current artefacts miss; expand to [next cohort / capability].”
“Useful, but switch mode / shorten sittings / change reviewer sample rule.”
“Not worth adviser time versus what we already have.” Stopping is success if it prevented a bad annual licence.
If your reviewer cannot tell what changed between attempt one and two, fix practice design before you expand seats.
